� (III) The sum of �8�,788.00 per year, payable in monthly installments <br /> of $7,066.00 each on the fourth day of each month from August�, 2008 until <br /> August 3, 2009 (or such pro rata amount for any time during the term less than one <br /> calendar month). <br /> (b) �Iotar Vehicle. The Ci#y shall furnish to the Authority, during the term of <br /> this A�reement, a motor vehicle which shall be of sufffcient size that it may he <br /> driven on all floors of Parking Garage B and parking Qarage C. Such vehicle sha11 be <br /> maintained by fihe City, �ncluding gasolirle and oil, and shall be available for use by <br /> the Authority from Che hours of 12 lYoon through l Op.m. Monday through Friday of <br /> each week, except such days scheduled as City holidays. When not othen�ise used <br /> by�he City or the Authority, such vehicle shall be parked in the City portion of the <br /> Civic Center parking lot located adjacent to the City and Authority administrative <br /> office building. <br /> (12) Term. The term of this Contract shall begin August �, 2006, and shall <br /> confiinue througk�August 3, 2009. <br /> (13) Termination. Either party hereto may terminate this Agreement upon <br /> sixty days' prlor written notice to the other party. <br /> (1�) Services Furnished. The Authority shall, in carrying out the terms of this <br /> Agreement: <br /> (a) fi,�rnish prompt, safe, efficient and courteous service adequate to <br /> � <br /> meet all demands for its services required under this Agreement. <br /> (b) FurnLSh said service on a fair, equal and non-discriminatory basis to <br /> all users thereof. � <br /> (c) Provide attendants having a neat and clean appearance at all t9mes. <br /> 5 <br />
