Par ' C�ara�e Fur�d• All paYments, r�imbursements and expenses paid ' by City pursuant t�o this Agreement shall be paid from the Motor Vehicle Parlcir�g System Fund and no other fund of the City, and fihe Authority��ees to look only to such fund for any compensation or payment due it under the terms of this Agreement, all of the terms and conditians, co�renants and ag�'eemenfis of which are expressly made subject to and shall be govemed by the provisions of Ordinance no. 4686, provided however, the City shall give to the C�eneral Manager of the Autho�ity a notice within seven calendar da3+� after there is a balance of less than $1U,00U.00 in the Motor Vehicle Parki�ig System Fund. 1'7, ecuritv. The security system used by the Authority for CYarage B and Clarage C is designed to deter certain risks of property damage, bodily injury and criminal acts. There is no guarantee that no loss, injury or acts will occur. The Authority makes no warranty or guarantee that the services supplied by it will avert or prevent occurrences or losses fihat such Service is designed to detect or avert. 6 .
