Se�arabilitv. if anY term, cQndi�ion, covenant or provision of this <br /> Agreement or fihe application thereof to any party or circumstances shall, to any <br /> e�ent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the <br /> application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those <br /> to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby, and such <br /> term, covenarit, condition and provision of this Agceement shall be valid and be <br /> enforced to the fullest e�ent provided by law. <br /> 19. PrPvious Interc[overnmentat A...a�'Pe�m_ents A11 previous IntergoYernmental <br /> Agreemen#s heretofore entered into by the City and the Autharity are not, by this <br /> A�'eement, hereby impaired or limited in any manner and sa►d previous <br /> Intergovernmental Agreements, as amended, remain in full force and effect. <br /> 20. F��,re Ac�r�eement of Parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire <br /> Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding a11 <br /> negotia�ions, prior discussions and any preliminary agreements. <br /> 21.
