It is expressly understood that CLA Wealth Advisors <br /> and any employees, subcontractors or agents of CLA Wealth Advisors are independent contractors and <br /> not employees of The Clients. <br /> Since CLA Wealth Advisors is not an employee or partner of Clients, CLA Wealth Advisors will not have 'I <br /> the authority to sign any correspondence, reports,tax returns or any other deliverables on behalf of the ' <br /> Clients. Furthermore,CLA Wealth Advisors must receive approval from the Clients before commencing <br /> the Services and must also receive approval from the Clients before initiating contact with any third <br /> party on behalf of the Clients. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Deliver one report for the City of Decatur Police Pension Plan: <br /> 1) Review Account Performance <br /> • Gather performance data from managers <br /> • Review manager benchmarks <br /> • Calculate/evaluate manager performance statistics <br /> • Review/comment on manager's most recent quarterly reports <br /> • Provide a reasonable forward-looking return expectation <br /> 2) Document and review manager fees <br /> 3) Review the current asset allocation within the context of the relevant state statutes <br /> • Client will provide the relevant state statutes <br /> t02013 Cliknn��r�--^�'- '•- <br /> CLAconnect.com/privatecl ient <br />
