That the agreement for sanitary sewer service outside of the corporate limits <br /> presented to the City Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of <br /> the premises commonly known as 4272 East Maynor Street, be, and the same hereby is, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
