That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Decatur Park District regarding the construction of an at-grade pedestrian and <br /> golf cart crossing on West Grove Road be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
