S <br /> r <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> CITY OF DECATUR ("City") and DECATUR PARK DISTRICT ("District") enter into <br /> this intergovernmental cooperation agreement under the authority of Article 7 of the Illinois <br /> Constitution and the Illinois Intergovernmental Cooperation Act. <br /> 1. District is constructing the Red Tail Run Golf Course ("Course") in the area of <br /> West Grove Road. This Course will be located in part on the north side of West Grove Road <br /> and in part on the south side of West Grove Road. <br /> 2. West Grove Road is an arterial street in Decatur's roadway system plan and is <br /> under the jurisdiction of the City. <br /> 3. The site plan prepared by PWC and designated "Course Crossing" is attached to <br /> this Agreement and incorporated herein. <br /> 4. District will construct, at its sole expense, an at-grade pedestrian and golf cart <br /> crossing located as shown on the attached site plan. <br /> 5. There will be traffic control devices �f�r the at-grade pedestrian and golf cart <br /> crossing as shown on the attached site plan. <br /> 6. District wifl install, maintain and repair the at-grade pedestrian and golf cart I' <br /> crossing, at its sole expense. District will also install, maintain and repair the advance <br /> warning signs, flashing 25 miles per hour speed limit signs, flashing beacons and golf cart <br /> stop signs. The flashing speed limit signs and beacons shall only be in operation while the <br /> Course is open and operating. <br /> 1 <br />
