Once passed by the <br /> Council they will be submitted to the Macon County Clerk so he can extend the city's 2005 tax <br /> levy. <br /> 1. Ordinance establishing the 2005 corporate property tax levy. <br /> 2. Ordinance partially abating the 1991 General Obligation Bonds with water <br /> revenue. <br /> 3. Ordinance fully abating the 2005 General Obligation Refunding bonds with water <br /> - revenue. <br /> 4. Ordinance fully abating the 2004B General Obligation Refunding Bonds with <br /> water revenue. <br /> 5. Ordinance directing the County Clerk to further abate the 2004A General <br /> Obligation Bonds, to produce a final tax rate of$1.27. <br /> .! <br />
