, • ,�, Mr. Cochran stated that a mixed-use development including single, duplex,fourplex and multi- family units will be constructed but the order of construction has yet to be deternuned. Mr. John asked if there were any concerns or issues with street parking on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Mr. Cochran replied that in Phase II, the mountable curbs will be removed with a two foot asphalt strip which will be patterned in a different color and the width of the parking lanes will be increased from seven (7)feet to eight(8)feet. No more additional on-street parking on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive is planned for Phase II. Ms. Stewart asked how many units will be for home ownership.
