The subject site was included in Wabash Crossing First Addition because the infrastructure <br /> was constructed for this area along with the rest of the first phase. Developing dwelling units <br /> in this area was not part of the planning for the first phase. Since the site was previously <br /> rezoned to PD, Planned Development, the PD must be amended to include the plans for <br /> dwelling units in this location. <br /> 2. Thirty-six (36) dwelling units in seventeen (17) buildings are planned for this area as part of <br /> Wabash Crossing Phase II Development. See Calendar Number OS-51 for the full plan <br /> details for Wabash Crossing Second Addition. <br />
