The plan for this area is consistent with the goals of the overall redevelopment plan for <br /> Wabash Crossing and is compatible in quality and design with the first phase of the <br /> development. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Based on the analysis in Calendar Number OS-51 for the overall plan for Wabash Crossing <br /> Second Addition, staff recommends approval of the proposed amendment petition as <br /> submitted. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> l. Section XIX requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing to review a Planned <br /> Development and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final <br /> approval. A motion to forward Calendar Number OS-54 to the City Council with a <br /> recommendation for approval is suggested. <br /> The above report constitutes the testimony and recommendation of the Planning and Economic <br /> Development Division, Economic and Urban Development Department, City of Decatur. <br /> Greg C.
