The parks are intended to provide areas for neighbors to meet and are <br /> specifically designed so that residences face onto the park areas for security. <br /> Since new streets and infrastructure are going to be constructed, all existing public rights-of-way and <br /> utility easements must be vacated. All of the existing public rights-of-way and utilities are to be <br /> replaced with like services. <br /> To allow for the planned development of Wabash Crossing Phase II preliminary and final subdivision <br /> plats have been submitted. The subdivision is divided into 70 lots. The development will be <br /> integated into the existing street grid and new utilities will be provided.
