The subject property is 18.10 acres and is currently improved with a Target retail store on the <br /> west side of the site and future development area on the east side. The site was rezoned to <br /> B-3 Planned Shopping Center District in Apri12003 to allow for retail development. <br /> 2. Utilities and access to the site have been provided as part of the original Planned <br /> Development. <br /> 3. The original PD contained a 125,400 square foot retail building on Lot One, a 35,000 square <br /> foot retail building on Lot Two, a 4,990 square foot retail building on Lot Three and a 7,500 <br /> square foot retail building on Lot Four. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION ', <br /> 1. The requested amendment to the Mound Center Planned Development is for the development �! <br /> of the building on Lot Three. The location of that building needs to be changed from the east I <br /> side of the lot to the west side of the lot. The PD also needs to be amended to allow for a <br /> drive through facility on Lot 3. <br /> 2. Parking, signage, lighting and landscaping for Lot 3 will be in accordance with the original <br /> planned development and the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
