Excerpts of Decatur City Plan Commission Meeting August 4, 2005 <br /> Cal.No. OS-28 Petition of DECATUR EARTHMOVERS CREDIT <br /> LTNION, to rezone the premises at 2995 North Twenty- <br /> Seventh Street from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District <br /> to O-1 Office District. <br /> Mr. Greg Crowe was swom in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Crowe stated the wrong address was published and approved previously. Mr. Crowe <br />' stated the correct address was published and nothing has changed and it would need to be <br /> voted on again with the conect address. <br /> Mr. Tom Smith stated there were still two different addresses listed on the staff report <br /> and the agenda and questioned which the conect address was. Ms. Miller stated the 2995 <br /> North Twenty-Seventh Street that appears on the agenda is the correct address. <br /> Mr. Jason Tompkins was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Tompkins of Bendsen Signs and Graphics, representative for the petitioner, stated <br /> nothing has changed other then the address change and Bendsen Signs is still very much <br /> in favor of this petition. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Anderson)to forward Cal.No. OS-28 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried with Elayna Sadorus abstaining from the vote. <br />
