� e � ' <br /> F� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-71 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TWO-WAY STREET <br /> - CALHOUN STREET FROM GRAND AVENUE TO CONDIT STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That north bound and south bound vehicular traffic be, and the same is hereby <br /> pernutted in, on and along a portion of North Calhoun Street from the south right-of-way line of <br /> Grand Avenue to the north right-of-way line of Condit Street. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
