That the above described right-of-way be, and the same is hereby, vacated as <br /> public right-of-way inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public <br /> interest will be subserved by such vacation, said right-of-way being shown on the plat thereof <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the benefits which will be accrued to the owners of abutting property by <br /> reason of the vacation aforesaid is determined to be, in the judgment of the Council, equal to the <br /> sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />
