(A) That the vacation herein provided for is made upon the express condition <br /> that there shall be paid to the City of Decatur, Illinois, by Decatur Public School District #61, <br /> the sum of $1,500.00 as compensation for the benefits determined as above set out herein, <br /> whereupon such vacation shall become effective and title to said vacated right-of-way shall be <br /> vested in Decatur Public School District#b 1 as provided by law. <br /> (B) The permanent index number of the property acquiring title to the property vacated <br /> hereby is 04-12-11-407-019. <br /> Section 4.
