Section XIX.G of the Zoning Ordinance provides that the commission shall hold a public <br /> hearing, review and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding Planned Unit <br /> Developments. A motion to forwazd Calendar Number OS-23 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval is suggested with the following condition: <br /> The site will be developed in accordance with the plans submitted with the petition <br /> labeled as Exhibit A in your packets. <br /> Mr. Ron Billy, representative for petitioner, was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Billy stated he was with Tyson and Billy Architects and presented a drawing of what <br /> was planned for the Victorian Woods Senior Living Facility. Mr. Billy stated it would be <br /> all independent living with single apartments available. It would also include a beauty <br /> shop, private dining room, and other facilities. <br /> Mrs. Sadorus, asked if the drawing was showing the north or south fa�ade. Mr. Billy <br /> stated it was showing the south which will be the side that would face Scovill Golf <br /> Course. Mr. Billy stated the north would be the main entrance and will have a covered <br /> carport for dropoffs. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Sadorus)to forward Cal. No. OS-23 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
