� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-52 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2901-2999 NORTH MONROE STREET - <br /> - 625-695 WEST PERSHING ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Blackstone Group to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots One (1) and Six (6) of a resurvey of Lots 1 and 6 of Spring Creek Plaza, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 156 of the records in the Recorder's Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, said described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District <br /> in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A, and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br />
