A. That complete site and construction plans including storm sewers, <br /> sanitary sewers, vehicular access, parking lots, lighting, streets and landscaping <br /> shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Economic and Urban <br /> Development Department and the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure <br /> Department. <br /> B. That future redevelopment involving building additions that are not <br /> referenced on the submitted site plan or demolition of remaining buildings with <br /> new construction will require that a site plan including parking calculations, a <br /> landscaping plan for the rema.ining parking area and the front yard along Pershing <br /> Road and a lighting plan be submitted to the Department of Economic and Urban <br /> Development as part of an amendment to the PD. The amended PD must be <br /> approved by the City Council before building pernuts are issued for the remaining <br /> parts of the retail strip. <br /> Section 3.
