Section XIX.G.2 sets the policies for the Plan Commission's review of Planned Development <br /> petitions. The Plan Commission is to review the application along with the site plan and base <br /> their recommendation upon the consistency of the application with the comprehensive plan, <br /> the zoning ordinance and the subdivision ordinance if appropriate. <br /> 2. Section XXIX requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a rezoning request, <br /> and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final approval. A <br /> motion to forward Calendar Number OS-24 to the City Council with a recommendation for <br /> approval is suggested. <br /> The above report constitutes the testimony and recommendation of the Planning and Economic <br /> Development Division, Economic and Urban Development Department, City of Decatur. <br /> Greg C.
