The surrounding zoning includes R-5 Two-Family Residence District, B-1 Neighborhood ' <br /> Shopping District and M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District. The proposed I� <br /> rezoning is compatible with the adjacent zoning districts. <br /> 2. The Comprehensive Plan shows the area as Light Industrial or Planned Commercial <br /> Development; however, the R-6 Multiple Dwelling District is compatible with the adjacent <br /> uses in the area. <br />
