Staff recommends approval of the rezoning petition with the following conditions: <br /> a. A site, landscaping and lighting plan meeting the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> will be submitted and approved by the Engineering and Infrastructure Department and the <br /> Economic and Urban Development Department. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. Section XXIX requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a rezoning request, <br /> and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final approval.
