The subject property is undeveloped and is currently being used for agriculture production. The event will be held in years 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, and 2013 on <br /> approximately 287 acres. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The petitioner proposes to rezone the property from R-1, Single Family Residence District to M-1, <br /> Intense Commercial-Light Industrial and is also requesting a Conditional Use Permit that would <br /> allow the operation of the Farm Progress Show. <br />
