The Farm Progress Show will connect to the City's water system at two locations in Brush College <br /> Road to ensure continuous service to the site one connection will be located on the south side of <br /> Mound Road; the second connection will be located in Brush College Road. There will also be a <br /> minimum of four(4) fire hydrants installed on the site in the general location of each corner <br /> 4. Sanitary sewer will be provided by the Sanitary District. Four (4) bathroom facilities will also be <br /> constructed this year. <br /> 5. Access to the site will be from Brush College Road, Mound Road and Rea's Bridge Road. Parking <br /> will be temporary and will not be on a paved surface. <br /> 6. Mound Road will be extended east and other private streets will be developed and maintained by <br /> Macon County Highway Department. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 7. Most of the properties surrounding the site are agriculture in use and located in the County. <br /> 8. Upon review of land use and zoning patterns of the area, staff is of the opinion that the Farm Progress <br /> Show will be consistent with the other uses including Richland Community College. <br /> 9. The use will be located at a convenient site for the public to access, is compatible with the area and <br /> provides a service which can be utilized by area residents. <br /> 10. The facility is located and designed to be operated in a manner that the public health, safety and ' <br /> welfare will be protected. I <br /> 11. The facility will not cause substantial injury to the value of other properties in the neighborhood. II <br /> 12. Upon review of land use and zoning patterns of the area, staff is of the opinion that the rezoning and a �� <br /> Conditional Use Permit is consistent with the other uses.
