The subject site is approximately 36,000 square feet and contains a main residential structure, <br /> a garage and a shed. The site is currently zoned R-2 Single Family Residence District. The <br /> proposed zoning for this site is B-2 Commercial District. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The subject petition requests rezoning to B-2 Commercial District to allow for the expansion <br /> of its auto sales lot. The second lot would be north of the current Ideal Auto Sales lot at 2655 <br /> N. 22nd St. and each location would have a separate office. The petitioner would build the <br /> new auto sales lot on their portion of Lot 37. The creek running through the northern and <br /> eastern part of Lot 37 is owned by the Federal Government. <br />
