Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, said described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District and M-1 Intense <br /> CommerciaULight Industrial District to PD Planned Development District in accordance with the <br /> site plan hereto attached,marked Exhibit A, and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> A. That the premises shall only be used for an amusement park and <br /> ancillary church assembly. <br /> B. That prior to issuance of any building pernut for a specific use a <br /> complete site and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, lighting, streets and landscaping shall be submitted <br /> to and approved by the Director of Economic and Urban Development <br /> Department and the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Departrnent. <br /> Section 3.
