The <br /> abutting property to the north is zoned M-1 Light Industrial District. The subject property is located in <br /> an area consisting of mostly industrial facilities; there is a new school located to the north of this <br /> property. With the exception of the school to the north, all of these land uses are compatible uses with <br /> that of an automotive storage yard.
