NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Crregg's Towing <br /> and Recovery, and only to Gregg's Towing and Recovery, to allow for an automotive storage <br /> yard upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked <br /> Exhibit,A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the conditional use perniit be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That screening around the entire site in the form of a chain-link fence <br /> with slats will be installed. Said fence to be six (6) feet tall with an additional two <br /> (2) feet of barbed wire on top. Alternatively, an eight (8) foot privacy fence will <br /> be installed. <br /> (b) That a site plan and a landscaping plan shall be submitted and approved <br /> by the Department of Economic and Urban Development and the Department of <br /> Engineering and Infrastructure. <br /> (c) That the site be secured with a locked gate, with a Knox lock for <br /> emergency vehicle access. <br /> Section 4.
