That the benefits which will be accrued to the owners of abutting property by <br /> reason of the vacation aforesaid is deternuned to be, in the judgment of the Council, equal to the <br /> sum of Five Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($518.00). <br /> Section 3. (A) That the vacation herein provided for is ma.de upon the express condition <br /> that there shall be paid to the City of Decatur, Illinois, by Decatur Public School District #61, <br /> the sum of $518.00 as compensation for the benefits determined as above set out herein, <br /> whereupon such vacation shall become effective and title to said vacated right-of-way shall be <br /> vested in Decatur Public School District#61 as provided by law. <br /> (B) The permanent index number of the property acquiring title to the property vacated <br /> hereby is 04-12-15-227-002. <br /> Section 4. That there is hereb reserv _ <br /> y ed ui, over, along and under the above descnbed <br /> right-of-way to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and to the public and to those utilities and companies <br /> as the case may be owning public service facilities, mains, sewers, telephone and electric or other <br /> public utilities, such property, rights of way and easements as aze or may be necessary or desirable , <br /> for continuing public service by means of such facilities and for the maintenance, renewal and ' <br /> reconstruction thereof with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
