ry , ORDINANCE NO. 2004-89 ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 411 WEST MAIN STREET - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Architectural Restorations, for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.C. of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the operation of a tearoom on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: A tract of ground beginning at the northwest corner of the east half of Lot Two (2) in Block Nine (9) of Western Addition as per Plat recorded in Book H, Page 103 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence east 45 feet, thence south 90 feet, thence west 25 feet, thence south 60 feet, thence west 20 feet, thence north 150 feet to the place of beginning; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Corrunission be, and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and granted. Section 2. That a conditiona.l use pernut be, and it is hereby, granted to Architectural Restorations, and only to Architectural Restorations, to allow for the operation of a tearoom upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked E�ctubit A and hereby made a part hereof.
