That the conditional use pernut be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) A resolution with the Capital Development Board and the Illinois <br /> Historic Preservation Agency regarding the bathroom door size for handicap <br /> accessibility. <br /> (b) That the Building Inspections Division of the City of Decatur, the <br /> Macon County Health Department and the Decatur Fire Department be provided <br /> floor plans of the intended use as a tearoom. <br /> (c) The kitchen must meet the requirements for a commercial kitchen. Full <br /> hood suppression must be installed if any fiying or oil cooking is to occur. <br /> (d) The parking lot in the rear of the structure must be on an approved <br /> surface meeting City of Decatur standards. <br /> (e) The proposed handicap accessibility lift on the front porch must be <br /> installed prior to the Certificate of Occupancy being issued. <br /> (fl Inspections will be required by the Economic and Urban Development <br /> Department, the Decatur Fire Department and the Macon County Health <br /> Deparirnent before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. <br /> Section 4.
