Based on the above analysis, staff recommends approval of the petition as submitted with the <br /> following condition: <br /> a. Landscaping shall be provided according to the ordinance(boulevard trees); <br /> b. Sight screening shall be provided along the east property line; <br /> c. Sidewalks shall be provided along South 34th Street; and <br /> d. Thirty-fourth Street shall be paved to match existing paving to the north. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 2. Section XXIX. requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a rezoning request, and <br /> then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final approval.
