' <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> At the July 13, 2004, meeting of the Traffic and Parking Commission, the Commission <br /> approved a request from City staff to recommend the installation of stop signs at <br /> University Avenue at the intersection with Packard Street. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION; No objections anticipated. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Traffic and Parking Commission <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, City Engineer, at 424-2747 <br /> The City Engineer, Matt Newell,will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to <br /> answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br />
