RESOLUTION NO. R2005-189 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br /> WITH BLANK,WESSELINK, COOK& ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement adopted by Resolution R2005-116 between the City of <br /> Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, modified <br /> and amended so that said agreement shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed <br /> $42,700.00. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
