. �;. ` . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2005-188 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> ANNUAL SEWER TELEVISION INSPECTION PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT OS-19 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the contract adopted by Resolution R2005-50 between Tele Scan, Inc., <br /> and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and amended so that said contract <br /> shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed $250,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
