Crowe, Economic Development Coordinato�'j' <br /> � <br /> SUBJECT: Wabash Crossing Phases II& III—Professional Service Contract <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached contract with <br /> Signature Development for professional and legal consulting services to complete the Mixed <br /> Evidentiary Closing Submission with HUD for the Phases II & III of the Wabash Crossing <br /> Redevelopment. <br /> BACKGROUND: The attached agreement extends the previously approved Professional Services <br /> Contract with Signature Development for services to be performed as approved in the three party '� <br /> Phase II & III Development Agreement. The City Council previously approved a not to exceed <br /> $300,000 total cost for professional consulting and legal services (as part of the $10.3 million <br /> obligation for Wabash Crossing).
