That the Agreement, a copy of which is hereto attached, between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and Olde Towne Development, LLC, owners of real estate located at 101 East <br /> Prairie for the restoration work as set forth in said Agreement, using funds made available by the <br /> Community Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
