That City of Decatur, Illinois ("Sponsor") is assisting in the fmancing of the <br /> purchase of the Residence with a loan ("HOME Loan") made available through the provisions of <br /> the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, created under the National Affordable Housing Act <br /> of 1990, and pursuant to the Federal and Illinois rules and regulations promulgated with respect <br /> thereto (herein said Act, Program, rules and regulations collectively are referred to as the "HOME <br /> Program"); that the HOME Program is administered by the Illinois Housing Development <br /> Authority, which has contracted with the Sponsor to administer the local HOME Program; and that <br /> the undersigned shall be subject to specific HOME Program requirements for a period of five (5) <br /> years following the date of the HOME Loan, all as more particularly set forth in the Homebuyer <br /> Program Agreement between the Sponsor and the undersigned of even date herewith. <br /> 4. That the Residence will be a single-family residence at the time the HOME Loan is <br /> made to the undersigned. <br /> 5.
