RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 134 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. TO DESIGN THE <br /> LAKE DECATUR DAM EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services for the <br /> Lake Decatur Dam Emergency Action Plan, presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Hanson Professional Services, Inc. be, and the same is hereby received, placed on <br /> file and approved. . <br /> Section 2.
