That the tabulation of bids received for City Project OS-15, Annual Brick <br /> Street Restoration, and presented herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Otto Baum Company, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
