R2005-76 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> STRAND ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> UPDATE OF WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services for the Update of the <br /> Water System Master Plan, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> Strand Associates Inc.,be, and the same is hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
