Staff recommends that the City Council ' <br /> approve a contract with Entler Excavating Company, Inc. to perform the Condit Street � <br /> Pedestrian Access improvement. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution <br /> and bid award. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: URS Corporation <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, City Engineer, at 424-2747 <br /> Travis Stanley, Civil Engineer I, at 424-2747 <br /> The City Engineer, Matt Newell, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer <br /> any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Funding for this project will come from the Street Capital Improvements Fund. The <br /> recommended low bid amount is $190,708.50. The funding for this project will exceed the <br /> budgeted amount specified for this project by approximately $70,000.
