Staff recommends that the City Council <br /> approve a contract with Christy-Foltz, Inc., to perform the Fire Station Driveway Rehabilitation <br /> project. Staff further recommends that Alternative B be funded. The alternative bid items were <br /> set up to establish unit prices for additional work items that were over the budgeted allocation <br /> based on the Engineer's estimate. Additionally, funding has been coordinated with the Fire Department.
