R2005-64 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TAXI <br /> LICENSE HEARING OFFICER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Council does hereby appoint the City Manager or his or her designee <br /> as the hearing of�cer responsible for conducting the required public hearing upon each application <br /> for a new t�icab service as is outlined in Chapter 60, section 5 of the Decatur City Ordinance. <br /> Section 2.
