RESOLUTION NO. 2015-140 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> LAKE DECATUR DREDGING BASINS 1-� & <br /> OAKLEY SEDIMENTATION BASIN REHABILITATION - CITY PROJECT 2013-14 <br /> GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK CO. CONTRACT PAY ITEM INCREASE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois authorizes a Contract Pay <br /> Item Increase with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company in the amount not to exceed <br /> $250,000.00. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate and <br /> enter into a Contract Pay Item Increase with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company in the <br /> amount not to exceed $250,000.00 for Lake Decatur Dredging Basins 1-4 & Oakley <br /> Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation - City Project 2013-14. <br /> Section 3.
