Pricing and Specifics:
It is impossible to give an exact price quote until you choose specific dates and number
of in-service sessions needed. In short, we would make the pricing as competitive and
cost effective as is humanly possible. We are proud to say that we very committed to the
profession and projects like this are challenges that we excel in.
We do not charge you for office time spent, clerical time, research, report writing, travel
planning or curriculum development. These fees are all included in our daily visit fees.
There are no hidden costs.
In short, you can make some general plans based on the following costs.
' -Each trip will be befinreen $400-$500 in roundtrip air from California.
-Each night spent in Decatur will cost you approx$80 for a hotel and $40 for a rental car.
-Each workshop or Instructional day will cost you $1600 (this is a $200 daily discount)
-Each on-site consulting or meeting day will cost$1550 (this is a $250 daily discount)
-Our travel expenses include air, rental car, hotel, meals, associated travel costs and
taxes or TSA fees. We billactual costs. If we save, so do you!
-You will be billed after the project for all travel, consulting and other expenses.
-We bill you for actual travel expenses so if we can couple it with another trip to save you
money, we will. Any airFare or hotel savings will be passed on.
-The Crisis or In-Progress classes will cost approx$100 per employee if we can get
neighboring agencies to enroll in these one-day classes.
-We envision three to four total trips:
-One for interviews and meetings (2-3 days)
-One for CTO and Supervisor Workshops (3 days) '
-One for In-Service training and follow-up (2-3 days) I
-One last trip for any touch-up or unfinished business (2 days)-0PTIONAL- i
Base costs for travel, consulting and all Instruction is approximately $15,550 I
Consider it an investment into the future of your agency and your PSAP success. This
project will hopefully fill seats, improve morale, lessen complaints, improve customer
service, enhance responder safety and lessen backstabbing between PSAP staff. It also
allows for a fresh start for the Decatur PSAP and a path for a more positive future!
Please feel free to contact me anytime. We stand ready to take our talks to the next level
and are always happy to modify the proposal based on reduced or expanded needs. We
look forward to proving why PSTC has become America's most respected training and
consulting company for emergency communications professionals.
If you would like to speak with references, we would happily supply some names and
numbers for you.
