� '� - GRANT OF EASEMENT The Grantor, City of Decatur, of the County if Macon and State of Illinois, found in the consideration of the sum of $27�.00 for the permanent easement, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Central Illinois Real Estate Investrnents LLC (Grantee), its successors and assigns a permanent easement, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and repairing, operating and protecting an emergency e:cit for the buildina commonly known as: 432 E. Prairie Street, Decatur, Illinois 62523, sa.id easement to be shown on the attached plat, which plat is made a part of this Ageement, on, under, over, and across the following described property: Lots One(1),-Four(4) Five(�), Seven(7), Eight(8) and Nine(9) in Block Fourteen(I4) of North Decatur Addition to Decatur, now known as Allen McReynolds & Co's Addition to Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book G Page 36� of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated in , Macon County, Illinois � , to�ether �vith the perpetual ri�ht of access, ingress, and e�ess at all reasonable times to and from the property herein described for the purpose aforesaid. It is expressly covenanted and agreed between the Grantor and the Grantee herein, and as covenants runnin� with the land herein described, as follows: (1) That this easement is for an emergency exit for the building commonly known as 432 E. Prairie Street in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. . (2) During the period of construction, the Grantee shall have the right to use the City of Decatur Public Right-of-Way North and East of the easement � _ . area.
