� will illustrate the general geometry of the site identifying the location of the Transfer House, the Transfer <br /> House island, walkways, traffic lights, cross walks, lane configurations, parking areas, and conceptual <br /> landscaping. The Plan will be suitable for public presentation to provide a basic understanding of the <br /> design intent. <br /> in addition, a summary of the net effect the Transfer House relocation has on parking space quantities <br /> within Lincoln Square will be provided. An analysis of the existing underground and aboveground <br /> utilities at Lincoln Square will atso be performed. The investigation will include the location, depth, and <br /> potential repositioning of utilities as required by the Transfer House relocation, as well as evaluate the <br /> potential for connecting the new utilities to existing services to develop the new function of the Transfer <br /> House. The utility analysis will be limited to information gathered in the topographic survey from Phase <br /> III and provided by the Owner. The completed parking space summary and utility analysis will be <br /> submitted to the Owner as a text document. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> ♦ The preliminary Conceptual Intersection Design Study will be submitted to the City of Decatur and <br /> the Illinois Department of Transportation by November 18, 2005. <br /> ♦ The final Conceptual Intersection Design Study will be submitted three weeks following receipt of <br /> final comments from the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Transportation. <br /> ♦ The rendered Presentation Plan and draft Phase IV Narrative will be submitted three weeks <br /> following submittal of the final Conceptual Intersection Design Study. <br /> ♦ The final Phase IV Report, including the Conceptual Intersection Design Study, the rendered <br /> Presentation Plan and the Phase IV Narrative, will be submitted one week following receipt of final <br /> comments from the City of Decatur. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> ♦ Three (3} copies of the Conceptual Intersection Design Study will be submitted to the City of <br /> Decatur for review. <br /> ♦ An appropriate number of copies of the Conceptual Intersection Design Study will be submitted to <br /> the Illinois Department of Transportation for review. <br /> ♦ Three (3) copies of the rendered Presentation Plan and draft Phase IV Narrative will be submitted <br /> to the City of Decatur for review. <br /> ♦ Twenty-five (25) copies of the �nal Phase IV Report, including the Conceptual Intersection Design <br /> Study, the rendered Presentation Plan and the Phase IV Narrative, will be submitted. The final <br /> Phase IV Report will include an Executive Summary of all phases. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> The estimated fees for Change Order No. 3 are shown below by Phase. The range of fees indicates <br /> the minimum and maximum level of effort recommended for successful completion of these Phases. <br /> The fees shown replace the fees shown in the Agreement. <br /> Phase III Range of$7,000 to $9,000 <br /> Phase IV Range of $19,500 to $24,000 <br />
