WILDFLOWER PLANTING <br /> DECATUR, IL <br /> DIVISION 1—GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. PROJECT SCH�DULE <br /> A. Work shall be done starting on or about August 24. Completed on or about <br /> August 31. <br /> 2. PAYMENT FOR WORK <br /> A. Work shall be paid at the contract unit price for the number of units installed, <br /> which meet all requirements of the project plans and specifications as approved <br /> by Owner's Representative. <br /> B. When work is completed, Contractor may submit a pay request to the City of <br /> Decatur. Contractor will be paid within 45 days <br /> 3. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE <br /> All phases of project work shall be done by a firm(s) specializing in such work with <br /> documented 5 years experience in similar work. The personnel of the firm shall be <br /> experienced in the work specified and shall work under the direction of a skilled foreman. <br /> 4. APPROVALS FOR PROJECT <br /> Subcontractors: <br /> The names of any and all subcontractors proposed for project work shall be submitted to <br /> Owner's Representative three days in advance of subcontractor's anticipated activity. <br /> Owner has the right to reject any proposed subcontractors. <br /> 5. WA,�ZRANTY OF.MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP , <br /> No warranty shall be required. 'I <br /> 6. SITE INSPECTION I, <br /> The Contractor shall carefully inspect the site prior to work, notify the Owner's <br /> Representative immediately of any conditions that would impair the proper execution of <br /> the work and confirm that notice in writing. Commencing work shall constitute <br /> acceptance of all existing conditions. <br />
